Prepayment policy:
There is a 50% prepayment policy, due the day an order is placed. The order will not be worked on until a prepayment is received. This sum of money is nonrefundable. You may prepay with cash or check if you would like to drop it off.
You may pay for the whole amount of your order at this time if you wish.
Payment policy:
The rest of the payment is due before or at the time of the order pick up.
No Liability:
“Valamazingcakes” holds no responsibility for a dessert shall anything go wrong during the cake transportation.
Delivery tips:
Do not squeeze the box on the sides, top or bottom otherwise the cake may be damaged.
During transportation, put the cake on a flat surface (seat is not recommended as it is usually not perfectly flat)
Ensure that the box does not slide around during the transportation
Attempt to avoid direct sunshine on the box as the decoration may begin melting
Cakes MUST be refrigerated as they may contain dairy products (may contain fresh or processed berries) and consumed within 3 days of purchase. They will perish if left without refrigeration for over 3 hours.
Delivery policy:
Delivery is available within 30 miles with a $1 per mile one-way charge.
Rush fee
20% will be added to the agreed price if the order is placed within 4 days.
